Overview

Principal Cloud Solution Presales. In TIM we are looking for a Principal Cloud Solution Presales for the Enterprise & Innovative Solutions – Competence Development Area. A person with experience in system integrator or vendor contexts, capable of autonomously managing the entire pre‑sales process and translating complex requirements into effective, scalable and innovative cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Enter the business unit dedicated to professional services for large enterprises and Public Administration and manage: analyze client requirements and define the scope of necessary professional services.
• Estimate effort, costs and man‑days for project delivery.
• Support pre‑sales activities collaborating with sales and design teams.
• Identify the most effective technical solution, leveraging internal competencies and technology partners.
• Draft technical proposals, presentations and offer documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing to contribute to the evolution of new professional services.
• Support migration, disaster recovery and new infrastructure environment projects.
• Carry out activities within the integration process of functional expertise along the ongoing corporate transformation journey.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of infrastructure and cloud technologies, particularly VMware/Broadcom, Hyper‑V, Windows and Linux.
• Proficiency with at least one hyperscaler among Azure, AWS and GCP.
• Experience on migration and business continuity projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft middleware and enterprise applications such as SAP and Oracle.
• Ability to use assessment and infrastructure analysis tools such as RVTools and Live Optics.
• Excellent relational skills and ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
