Life Science Laboratory Digitalization – Principal Advisory Consultant

To further strengthen our Laboratory Digitalization team within Smart Manufacturing, we are looking for Life science Advisory Consultant with a strong background in the life sciences industry and digitalization within Quality Control or Product Development and Optimization (CMC / MSAT / R&D) laboratories.

Your Responsibilities

You will join our Smart Manufacturing area as a Principal Advisory Consultant. You will contribute to forming the strategy for growing Laboratory consultancy area, co-responsible for executing this strategy, through business development and thought leadership activities, as well as taking lead consultant roles in client engagements.

In Average You Will Split Your Time

• 75% delivering in consultancy projects in advisor, project lead or architect roles, and acting as engagement delivery lead.
• 10% in business development, presales and though leadership activities
• 10% in development of consultancy commercial offerings and related delivery methodologies and consultant training materials
• 5% in coaching and mentoring of consultants in Laboratory Consultancy team

Your Qualifications And Experience

• Degree (or similar) in Engineering, Science or IT
• Sound understanding of life sciences modalities, biosolutions and/or pharmaceutical product lifecycle and value-chain.
• Sound understanding of life science processes in particular related to quality control, manufacturing, tech transfer and product development
• Experience from leading roles in laboratory digitalization projects in life sciences industry, pharmaceutical preferred, both in a specialist and project manager capacity.
• Experience in advisory roles in the interface between Line-of-Business and IT. Experience in leading project teams and reporting Steering committees and management
• Wide knowledge of laboratory solution landscape and vendors
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts
• Experience in managing interactions with clients, partners and vendors and interest in driving and expanding NNIT client relations as part of business development, pre-sales and project delivery
• Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to liaise effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels.
