Primary Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our international learning community in Milan.

This role is ideal for an educator who values inquiry-based learning, creativity, and a student-centered approach, and who is excited to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative school environment.

• EU passport or valid Permesso di Soggiorno (authorization to work in Italy)
• Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent)
• Degree in Education or a related field
• Fluency in English
• Previous teaching experience preferred

• Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences aligned with UK, Ontario, and local curricula
• Foster an inquiry-based, experiential approach that supports critical thinking and independence
• Create a positive, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Support diverse learning needs through inclusive teaching practices
• Collaborate with colleagues and actively contribute to school life and professional development
• Design meaningful learning experiences that integrate real-world connections, creativity, and student voice
