Pricing Manager

We are hiring a Pricing Manager for our Milan Office!

As Pricing Manager, you will be part of the Front Office area within Marketing & Pricing Team, directly reporting to the Product & Pricing Team Head.

YOUR ROLE

As Pricing manager, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing pricing strategies for Hyundai Capital Bank Italy financial products, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining profitability and alignment with commercial objectives

Main activities you will deal with daily:

• Contribute to commercial planning activities by providing data to support volume and margin targets
• Lead and manage pricing definition and operations for dealer partners
• Collaborate proactively with Field Force team to evaluate and optimize dealer pricing models and incentive programs
• Lead the internal approval workflow for pricing initiatives and work closely with the Finance Controlling Team to validate pricing proposals and ensure alignment with financial targets
• Lead the implementation of new conditions within the captive’s system
• Monitor pricing/profitability performance metrics and recommend refinements or adjustments
• Align pricing action with commercial targets, ensuring consistency between tactical decisions and strategic goals
• Prepare reports and presentations for Management to support strategic decisions
• Provide ongoing support to the Sales team through pricing tools, dashboards, and tailored report to facilitate commercial decision-making
• Provide analytical support to the Product team during the development of new national offers

YOUR SKILLS

• University Degree Economics, Finance, Business, or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in Pricing or Financial Analysis, ideally in Captive Finance or the automotive industry
• Knowledge of financial and pricing methodologies with understanding of automotive finance products
• Analytical mindset
• Proactive in identifying negotiation risk and developing strategies to ensure smooth approvals
• Strong Team Player with excellent communicative skills
• Italian: native speaker
• English: fluent in speaking and writing (Eng Skills will be tested during the recruiting process)
