Develop your skillset through a hands‑on experience where you will support pricing activities in the aftermarket. You will contribute to price setting, margin analysis, and portfolio optimization while building and maintaining pricing-related reports.
This role is ideal for a data‑curious self‑starter who wants to develop at the intersection of analytics, pricing, and aftermarket product management, with strong alignment to CNH Power BI governance and data best practices.
To apply for this position, you need to be eligible for a VIE role according to Business France requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update list price and net price datasets for aftermarket parts and kits.
Analyse price/margin consistency, historical trends, and competitor benchmarks.
Support monthly pricing reviews and contribute to price adjustment proposals.
2) Excel & Data Management
Own and maintain Excel master files (sales history, price lists, competitor data, kit structures).
Apply Power Query transformations and ensure data quality, version control, and alignment with source systems (ERP/CRM).
Support portfolio optimization by identifying obsolete parts, pricing inconsistencies, and gaps.
Contribute to the creation and evaluation of kits/value packs based on pricing logic and installed base analysis.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Data/Analytics.
Strong Excel skills and basic Power BI knowledge (reports, DAX fundamentals).
Understanding of pricing and margin concepts.
Structured, analytical, and detail‑oriented mindset.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Exposure to SQL, Power Automate, or VBA.
Interest in construction equipment, aftermarket parts, or industrial environment.
Tools & Platforms
Microsoft Power BI (Desktop, Service, DAX, Power Query)
ERP/CRM systems, pricing databases
Stakeholders & Collaboration
Pricing, Business Intelligence, Product Development, and Dealer Support teams.
Close collaboration with BI report owners and data owners.
Growth Path (12–24 months)
Progression towards Pricing Analyst or Aftermarket BI Analyst roles.
Increased ownership of pricing topics, advanced Power BI modelling, and portfolio pricing strategy.
