Randstad Italia SpA is seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and cross-culturally competent
President's Secretary
to join the Research Center of our partner, a Chinese multinational company based in Milan.
In this high-visibility position, you will provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support to the President, manage key operational projects, organize major center events, and coordinate internal control activities.
Location:
North-east Milan
Contract Type:
The contract is powered by Randstad: 1-year fixed-term contract or permanent based on candidate seniority
Salary Range:
€30,000 – €35,000 gross annual salary, negotiable based on experience
Annual bonus : it is based on the performance
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Travel:
Manage the President’s complex calendar, schedule meetings, and make international travel arrangements. Process expense claims in compliance with company policies.
Meeting & Task Management:
Coordinate routine executive meetings, prepare detailed agendas and minutes, and track follow-up tasks to ensure timely execution.
Event Coordination:
Organize large-scale events for the Research Center—including conferences and workshops, ensuring seamless execution from planning to final delivery.
Internal Control & Governance:
Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate annual internal control activities, including Self-Assessment of Control and Assurance, Process Reviews, and internal audits.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant executive assistance, secretarial, or high-level administrative support experience.
Language Skills:
Trilingual fluency in
Italian, English, and Chinese
is required.
Cross-Cultural Competence:
Deep understanding of cultural diversity, international business etiquette, and corporate protocol to facilitate effective global communication.
Organizational Mastery:
Exceptional multitasking abilities, high attention to detail, and proven experience managing complex schedules and workflows.
Adaptability & Drive:
Service-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills across all organizational levels, and the ability to maintain high quality in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in standard MS Office applications and productivity tools for scheduling, documentation, and project tracking.
