Kaspersky is looking for a Presales Manager to drive presales activities within the Territory and support the Sales team in identifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting sales members and channel partners in demonstrating Kaspersky’s expertise and product value. The goal is to outperform the competition and ensure successful Proof of Concepts (PoCs) with high customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver high-impact technical presentations and product demonstrations of Kaspersky Solutions to end-users and channel partners.
- Strategic Alignment: Assist the Sales team in driving the Kaspersky portfolio by aligning customer priorities with Kaspersky’s strategic capabilities and security vision.
- Technical Validation: Lead and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) processes for prospective customers and partners.
- Event Support: Represent Kaspersky at industry events, providing technical deep-dives and product demonstrations.
- Bid Management: Support the Sales team during RFP (Request for Proposal) stages by providing technical expertise and documentation.
- Content Creation: Prepare territory-specific presales materials, including tailored technical presentations and case studies.
Job Requirements:
Experience, Skills & Competencies:
- Experience: 3+ years in a Presales role or similar position within the cybersecurity market.
- IT Infrastructure: Solid understanding of typical IT infrastructures within the SME and Enterprise segments.
- OS Proficiency: Practical knowledge of Windows OS and Linux OS (deployment and troubleshooting) and Windows-based network administration.
- Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills;
ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value. - Teamwork Mindset: Experience working in team
- Language: Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of local cybersecurity regulations (e.G., GDPR, NIS2 ).
- Familiarity with the EDR, XDR, and Threat Intelligence markets.
- Competence in OT (Operational Technology) networks and systems.
Preferred Requirements:
- Network Security: Strong knowledge of Network Cyber Security Solutions (CCNA or equivalent is a plus).
- Technical Versatility: Knowledge of scripting/programming languages and containerization (e.G., Docker, Kubernetes ).
- Industry Background: Previous experience working for EDR/XDR vendors, Threat Intelligence providers, or System Integrators.
- SOC & Certifications: Experience in a SOC environment;
certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or CISSP are highly valued. - Product Knowledge: Working experience with the Kaspersky portfolio is a significant advantage.
