Presales Consultant

For our location in Italy (preferably Milan) , with other locations in Italy also considered, we are looking for a motivated Presales Consultant (m/f/d) to start immediately or as soon as possible.

Please note: This position is offered under a contract employment model .

Your Job

• You will engage with Hornetsecurity partners and end customers in projects to analyze their security requirements .
• You will deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations , both on-site and remotely, showcasing the value of our cybersecurity solutions.
• You will support the sales team in the technical aspects of proposals, tenders, and RFPs .
• You will assist with the installation, configuration, and integration of our services in customer environments.
• You will collaborate with support teams to resolve complex technical issues , especially with international partners and customers.
• You will stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and best practices.

Your Profile

• You have a university degree or completed training in IT or a related field.
• You have several years of professional experience in presales, consulting, or technical support , ideally within IT security.
• You have a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, solutions, and architectures .
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills , with the ability to engage confidently with customers and partners.
• You have the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
• You are fluent in Italian and English , both written and verbal, and an additional European language will be considered a plus.
• You tackle things proactively , prefer to complete tasks today rather than tomorrow, and enjoy working in an international environment.
• You have a high willingness to travel .
