Offer Description

The objective of the research is the development of predictive approaches, advanced simulation tools, and experimental methodologies for the analysis and assessment of electromagnetic compatibility performance of onboard vehicular subsystems.
The activity is aimed at modeling electromagnetic interference phenomena, predicting emission and susceptibility levels, and defining test setups representative of real operating conditions. Particular attention will be devoted to the interaction among different electrical and electronic subsystems and to noise sources generated by power conversion and energy management systems.
The ultimate goal is to provide designers with effective diagnostic and methodological tools for the early identification and mitigation of electromagnetic compatibility issues during the initial design phases. The contract involves supplementary teaching activities for Circuit Theory and Electromagnetic Compatibility courses.

Oral test aimed at ascertaining candidates’ aptitude and suitability to carry out the activity covered by the contract, as well as at assessing their knowledge of English and/or other languages relevant to the activities to be performed (up to 50 points)

Relevance and pertinence of the enclosed publications to the activity covered by the contract (up to 14 points)

Relevance and pertinence of previous research activities, previous collaborations to educational and third mission activities and work experience, if any, in relation to the activity covered by the contract (up to 26 points)

Relevance and pertinence of their study programme to the activities covered by the contract (up to 10 points)
