Pre-sales Technical Manager

- Pre-sales support and technical alignment with clients (EPCs/System Integrators, Investors, Technical Advisors)
- Support sales team with Solar inverter /DG market /BESS system technical solutions
- Become a trusted technical advisor to the customer’s engineering staff
- Track market demands from key accounts
- Set up a channel between internal team and customers
- Interpret regulatory requirements and provide input to the company’s R&D
- Support, coordinate and develop the offers and technical solutions
- Convince customers to buy TBEA products from technical point of view
- Collect market information, including but not limited to, emerging market data, industry trend, product standard and competitor’s information.
- Conduct product training, seminars, presentation to customers and/or other stakeholders if required
- Attend international fairs and congresses
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Solar inverter/ DG Market / BESS projects or related areas (PV, wind, hydro, thermal plants, substations etc)
- Technical knowledge of Solar inverters, DG Market, BESS, wind converters and/or substations
- Familiar with PV system simulation software
- Proven network and experience with energy companies, project developers and EPCs
- Proven experience to work in multinational environment
- Proven track record in touch technical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written across functions and all level internally and externally
- Fluent in English.
