After gaining an understanding of the company's organization and business processes, the candidate can develop or supporting pre-sales design, preparing offers and supporting firs-level after sales support for:
· Resellers
· System integrators and installers
· General contractors and real estate developers
· Designer on Electric, HVAC and security domain
Skills and competencies:
- Experience in pre- and post-sales in B2B market.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build respectful and pragmatic client relationships.
- Experience in construction site’s workflow and market logic rules.
- Experience smart home and building automation technologies, electrical and special systems in general.
YOUR TASKS:
After gaining an understanding of the company's organization and business processes, the Pre-Sales Area Managers will be responsible for the following in their assigned region:
- Provide pre-sales support to partners (system integrators, designers, installers, distributors), assist in creating new vertical commercial projects and commercial networks
- Follow-up key leads and project from the design to sales
- Maintain relationships with existing clients (B2B) and increase customer loyalty
- Training courses and product presentations
- Reporting to the technical department suggestions and feedback from the field for product and services improvement
- Manage ticket and coordinate action on field
- Provide a first-level technical support
- Prepare and manage bill of material for sales and offers
YOUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in pre-sales, preferably in the smart home, smart building and security sector, in electrical or HVAC systems or in the distribution or support of products for professional projects in home and building automation, or specialized systems (security, fire, access control systems, etc.)
- Knowledge of the B2B economic context for products related to electrical and HVAC systems and special installations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relational skills, especially when supporting with structured, high-profile customers and clients
- Ability to implement pre-sales processes and systematically follow up with clients
- Data mining and reporting skills
- Experience training and dissemination
- Proficiency in Italian and English is a must
CONSIDERED A PLUS:
- Experience in the smart home or smart building sector or in specialized distribution of electric and HVAC systems in residential or general civil sectors
- Knowledge of software tools (Word, Excel, CRM...) and preferably familiar with pre-sales or support of products based on bus communication technologies (e.g., DALI, DMX, KNX...)
