Pre-Opening Kitchen Staff

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Kitchen Staff to join our Luxury 5-Star Hotel Thompson Rome Pre-Opening Team!

Main Responsibilities of the roles:

• Ensure dishes meet quality, timing, and presentation standards
• Follow standard recipes, portioning, and hygiene (HACCP) procedures
• Contribute to consistent 5-star service delivery
• Maintain a service-oriented mindset throughout all operations
• Contribute feedback and ideas during tastings or menu trials
• Support culinary promotions and section initiatives
• Encourage teamwork, learning, and positive communication

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in quality hotel or restaurant kitchens;
  luxury hospitality is aplus
• Strong culinary fundamentals and willingness to learn
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a disciplined work approach
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency
• Team-oriented professional aligned with values of care, respect, integrity, and continuous development

Qualifications :

• Qualification in Hospitality/Kitchen services/Tourism preferred
• High proficiency of Italian and professional English mandatory
