PRADA Content Factory Junior Producer

JOB PURPOSE

Prada Group is looking for a Content Factory Junior Producer to support brand campaigns, video and photo productions from planning to delivery. The candidate will collaborate in creating content for brand campaigns, e‑commerce, and digital productions, assisting in oversight of the production process, collaborating with external suppliers, and supporting the team with scheduled goals and deadlines. They will contribute to budget tracking and work in collaboration with the production team, e‑commerce team, visual merchandising, retail, and engineering.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and monitor projects throughout the end‑to‑end production process.
• Collaborate with stylists, photographers, filmmakers, artists, editors, and support team engagement across the project.
• Work closely with the e‑merchandising team to plan and track e‑commerce activities.
• Contribute to planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executing production activities.
• Scout and source resources (internal or external suppliers) to produce content.
• Support negotiations with freelancers and review contracts.
• Contribute to building a rich network of photographers, model agencies, stylists, artists, illustrators, and costumers.
• Organize business trips and activities for off‑site productions.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in content creation and production in fashion companies or production agencies for fashion.
• Previous experience in e‑commerce production is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office, Adobe, and photographic tools.
• Apple knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with video and photo production equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast‑changing environment.
