Description

As a Practice Transformation Manager, you will drive adoption and growth of the Align digital platform in targeted accounts coordinating a multidisciplinary on-field group of work, having customer exposure, driving the execution of company strategy.

You will apply your project management and customer development skills, demonstrating your comprehensive knowledge of dental office needs, processes, and workflows.

You will build and leverage influential relationships with doctors by providing them with tailored insights to enable and inspire them to modernize and grow their business through:

  • internal referral development,
  • iTero digitization,
  • end-to-end Align Digital Workflow/Comprehensive Digital Workflow integration.

You will coordinate and create a defined work path with each targeted customer to facilitate a full digital adoption through iTero scanner and driving integration of Invisalign processes and procedures, strategically working with sales and commercial support functions to prioritize opportunities.

As a representative of Align Technology, you are instrumental in communicating with customers, internal teams, and leaders.

Being the right Practice Integration Manager you have a proven track record of both commercial and technical/product expertise in the medical device/healthcare industry, you are passionate about the dental industry and have a high level of business acumen paired with strong technical skills. You will build strong ethical business relationships with customers to ensure integration of our products and gain greater market share by focusing on exceptional support, growth initiatives high value activity and selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to doctors to achieve the goal of full digital adoption in targeted accounts supporting the full adoption of iTero and Align Digital Platform tools, utilizing iTero scanners as part of routine patient health checks, for Invisalign and restorative scanning.
  • Foster positive relationships with entire practice teams within targeted practices. Build relationships with partners, utilizing a consultative and collaborative approach with the common goal inspiring our customers to modernize and grow their business.
  • Work as coordinator impacting internal and external stakeholders on customer development programs.
  • Act as a facilitator to drive doctors’ activities towards ng role and activities of doctors within development programs.
  • Create content and deliverable to support project plan and execution.
  • Deliver presentation and give support on workshops/training addressed to a variety of customer types as well as internal audiences, to maximize implementation, utilization, and integration of products, assisting them in implementing digital technology and refining office processes.
  • Demonstrate leadership by being customer focused, displaying strategic thinking, having a global and company mindset, focusing on results, and continuously developing skills.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Education to at least degree level with BS or BA preferred (depending on geography) and/or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in technical, product and commercial roles in the dental sector
  • Project oriented / project driven background and a hands-on, roll up the sleeves attitude
  • Able to maintain a strong customer focus in the context of the business strategy
  • Effective problem - solving and mediation skills
  • Natural ability to spot business opportunities and to persuade and influence others
  • Used to work independently with a high level of time management skills
  • Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
  • Advanced presentation and negotiation skills. Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
  • Fluent in English
