We are recruiting for a PR & Marketing Coordinator position to join the team at Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco. As PR & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives, aligned with our strategy to deliver revenue targets and enhance brand image.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Assist in delivering all B2B and B2C communications, ensuring they are targeted to the right audience and delivered on time. This includes implementing a CRM strategy with e-newsletters for consumers, sales, travel agents, and database management.
- Support in tracking and analyzing campaign success to measure the return on investment (ROI) and provide insights for future promotions and strategies.
- Oversee and manage the hotel’s social media accounts, community management, and on-brand content through strategic post scheduling tailored to the target audience.
- Responsible for producing monthly PR and digital reports for the hotel, highlighting key achievements, ongoing activities, and upcoming initiatives.
- Oversee and assist in managing the digital marketing campaigns for the hotel, including SEO and content updates, while ensuring the website is always current, accurate, and optimized.
- Creation of in-house collaterals and promotional materials such as F&B menus and GR brochures, ensuring alignment with the resort's image and brand standards.
- Assist in maintaining third-party listings and websites, ensuring all content, offers, and imagery are up to date.
- Support media stays and media itinerary coordination, fostering strong relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Manage the hotel’s reputation on platforms like TripAdvisor and TrustYou, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Regularly update the PR coverage file, track PR visits, and share monthly newsletters analytics. Maintain press clippings for reporting purposes.
- Provide support to the Sales & Marketing team in data collection, report creation, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Copywriting skills: Ability to create engaging, brand-consistent content for various marketing materials, including website copy, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Social Media Management: Proficiency in managing and optimizing social media channels to enhance the hotel's digital presence and engage with target audiences.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a must.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury or hospitality industry.
- Strong desire to learn and contribute to an exciting and dynamic project.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a drive to make an impact.
