We are looking for a talented and committed Fresh Graduate Engineer to play the role of Product Process Specialist.


Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Product Process Specialist include but are not limited to the following:

  • ensures the compliance to build requirements of all process of the assigned area
  • provides methodological support to production for problem solving and corrective actions and interface with Vehicle Process Engineering, Product Engineering and Suppliers
  • identifies losses and waste in the assigned process and applies the appropriate tool to solve process/product problems
  • coordinates all safety, quality, cost and lead time initiatives

Reporting to the Process Improvement Manager of the Production Unit he/she is in charge, he/she is responsible for managing designated manufacturing processes in a unionized, high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:


  • Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Management Engineering
  • 1/2 years of experience in the specific or similar roles in a manufacturing plant is a plus
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Analytical approach
  • Good team work orientation;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to learn and to work under pressure;
  • Sense of proactivity: anticipates needs and acts.
  • Technical knowledge of main production s Processes and Products;
  • Good leadership skills.
