Professional opportunity

- PowerPack BOM Owner. Lead development of Engine Systems and Powerpack integration into Vehicles;

- Take responsibility for project execution according GPDP during Design Reviews and Product development;

- Lead creation of3D&2D drawings, incorporating manufacturing and product engineering requirements;

- Support generation of all engineering/quality documentation, manage internal and external suppliers through part procurement and support onsite prototype builds and physical testing;

- Support initial sourcing and manufacturing strategies in collaboration with Purchasing and Manufacturing organizations.

Background and experiences

- Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering

- Deep experience in Engine Systems Design and Powerpack integration

- Minimum 5 Years experience in Diesel Automotive Engineering

SOR;
APQP;
PPAP;
GPDP

- PQC;
KPC;
GD&T;
ASME;

Relevant Competences

- Proven experience as Design System Engineer on Diesel engine systems development, validation and release ;

- Ensure that product complies with the system requirements, from concept to industrialization and serial production;

- In-depth understanding of applied design, materials, controls and manufacturing processes;

- Strong GD&T & KCDS application experience to drive component release;
Basic CAD Knowledge.

- Cross-functional technical interface with virtual validation, manufacturing, cost engineering, purchasing, quality, testing and operations departments;

Soft Skills

- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of deliverables and lead resolution of issues;

- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and in complex, matrix-structured organisation;

- Confident communicator who can build relationships quickly and influence at all levels;

- Solid analyticaland organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively;

- Proficient in both English and Italian language.
