Job Description

We are looking for a Power Platform Consultant with a hybrid profile, capable of operating at the intersection of business and technology within the Digital Workplace domain.

You will join our Professional Services team dedicated to digital transformation projects. You will work closely with clients to understand business processes, translate requirements into effective solution designs, and lead implementations primarily based on Microsoft 365 and related cloud technologies.

You will also leverage Generative AI tools and cloud-native AI capabilities (such as Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Gemini Enterprise, and similar solutions) to enhance automation, productivity, and digital workflows.

Your focus will include collaborative environment modernization, document process optimization, automation initiatives, and cross-platform migrations between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to collect business and process requirements and translate them into effective solution designs.
• Analyze and design digital workflows based on Microsoft 365 technologies (Power Platform, SharePoint Online).
• Design and implement automation and digitalization solutions using:
• Power Automate (workflows, integrations, approvals)
• Power Apps (low-code business applications)
• AI-powered capabilities such as Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Gemini Enterprise, or similar tools
• Lead or support migrations from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 (Drive to OneDrive/SharePoint), ensuring proper structure, permissions, and metadata management.
• Define solution architectures, produce functional specifications, and coordinate with internal and external development teams.
• Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality delivery within agreed timelines.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives by exploring and integrating Generative AI into Digital Workplace solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting or professional services roles within Cloud, Digital Workplace, or Collaboration environments.
• Solid experience with Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps), capable of building meaningful automation solutions.
• Experience with content migration methodologies from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online (content structuring, governance, permissions).
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite (Excel advanced usage, Teams, OneDrive).
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their application in enterprise cloud environments.
• Proven experience in translating complex business processes into implementable digital workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and fluent English (written and spoken).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with international teams.

Bonus

• Knowledge of Google Workspace Admin Console.
• Familiarity with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.
• GCP or experience with APIs and cloud integrations.
• Microsoft certifications (MS-900, PL-200, MS-700, etc.).
