Description of the Role

Do you enjoy working in a young, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment? We are looking for a Power BI Developer to join our expanding team in Turin!

You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop valuable and high-performance dashboards and broaden your knowledge of the automotive industry.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance Power BI dashboards and reports , delivering business value through effective data visualization and storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable and impactful BI solutions.
• Leverage DAX, M language, and data modeling best practices to ensure data consistency, performance, and usability.
• Support the integration of Power BI with various data sources (relational databases, APIs, cloud platforms) to deliver real-time and cloud-native insights.
• Participate in enhancement tasks and documentation to ensure quality, reusability, and maintainability of solutions.
• Contribute to the automation of reporting processes , improving efficiency through reusable components and optimized queries.
• Stay current on industry trends (AI, Machine Learning, real-time architectures) and continuously explore innovative ways to enhance reporting capabilities
• Monitor and resolve any performance issues or bugs in production applications.

✅ Essential Requirements

• At least 1-2 years ’ experience in Business Intelligence related jobs.
• Good proficiency in PowerBI (Knowledge of DAX, Data Modelling, M Language).
• Familiarity with relational DBMS .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English .
• Bachelor's or master's degree ranging from Engineering/Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other data-centric disciplines is mandatory.
• Teamwork skills and problem-solving abilities in dynamic contexts.
