Post Market Surveillance Specialist

Lima is now Enovis is looking for a Post Market Surveillance Specialist for our plant in Villanova di San Daniele del Friuli to be hired in Regulatory Affairs Department to join the Surgical International Post Market Surveillance and Vigilance team.

The candidate will take care of 360-degree management of medical complaints received from the market/product recalls and provide assistance for the maintenance/development of new products.

Major Accountabilities

• Responsible for receiving complaints coming from the market and for data entry in the Complaint platform
• Interaction and communication with complaints source to collect all the information available for complaint investigations
• Responsible for interaction with PMS references from other countries
• Responsible for PMS data analysis to promptly detect necessity of CAPA actions for product/process improvement
• Responsible for PMS Data analysis to promptly detect critical trend
• Responsible for managing new field safety corrective actions, when necessary
• Work with senior staff to respond to additional Information requests coming from Global Regulatory Agencies
• Partecipate to third party audits

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Biomedical Engineering. Candidates with a degree in scientific/technical degree will also be considered.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar positions
• Advanced command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Interest and curiosity in medical device field – RAQA
• Excellent interpersonal skills in multicultural contexts
• Willingness to learn and work as a team
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

The position is based in San Daniele del Friuli (UD). Up to 10% availability to travel is requested.
