POS Technical Account - Internship

We are looking for a POS Technical Account , who wants to grow together with us.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the operational relationship with top customers
• Contribute to the selection of new POS hardware and software in collaboration with the Product team
• Management of the Android POS terminal platform
• Monitor and maintain the SLA agreed with customers and suppliers
• Manages solution management activities
• Coordinate and trains contact center structures for assistance

Requirements:

• Desire to work as a team to achieve goals together
• Will not to give up and to find possible alternative solutions
• Ability to serve customers and obtain from suppliers
• Knowledge of the MS Office package
• Attention to detail and curiosity
• Positive and helpful attitude
