Banca Generali ( ), a private bank leader in Italy in financial planning and in the protection of clients through a network of private consultants at the top of the sector in terms of skills and expertise/professionalism, is looking for a Portfolio Manager for its Customized Discretionary Mandates Unit within the Area Asset Management.
The Customized Discretionary Mandates Unit manages HNWI segregated accounts.
The ideal candidate will work on the following activities:
- Updating and Monitoring the position keeping of the assigned Client’s Accounts
- Caring of the implementation of the asset allocation activities on the portfolios assigned
- Periodic Reporting for Clients Accounts
- Keeping Update of the Funds Databases
Requirements
- Degree in Economics or Finance or Engineering or Mathematics or Physics
- Knowledge of financial instruments and markets are required
- Equity background is mandatory.
- Experience in Fund Selection is required.
- Stock Picking skills are recommended.
- Fluent in English and Italian, a second foreign language is a plus
- Good Knowledge of Bloomberg
- Good knowledge of MS Office and advanced knowledge of Excel. DB query language knowledge would represent a plus
- Experience of 5-7 years in Asset Management (Fund Selection, Portfolio Management or as an Analyst) is required
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively on assigned tasks, taking over responsibility at a very early stage
- Humble, flexible and hands-on approach to solve problems with a strong team player attitude
- Ability to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines
- Genuine passion for Financial Markets
