Pop-Up Manager Italy (m/f/d)

What can you expect

We are looking for a hands‑on and motivated team member to support and execute our pop‑up set‑ups for the Italian market. The position requires extensive travel (70% travel – 30% office‑based), as this role will be responsible for pop‑up set‑ups and sales activities for the Italian market. The role is based in Milan.

• Support the planning and coordination of pop‑up events, including on‑site presence at each location.
• Organize team travel and logistics, coordinating venues, schedules, and timelines to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate closely with venue partners, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee seamless execution.
• Manage product orders and ensure accurate quantities for every pop‑up location.
• Oversee the setup and dismantling of pop‑up spaces, maintaining high standards throughout.
• Actively engage with customers on‑site, contributing to sales goals and creating a memorable shopping experience.

Your profile

• You bring over 3 years of hands‑on experience in retail, pop‑up stores, and event management, thriving in dynamic and fast‑paced environments.
• You are highly organized, with excellent logistical and planning skills that ensure every project runs smoothly.
• You have a results‑driven, sales‑oriented mindset and enjoy turning opportunities into success.
• You are a strong communicator, able to build relationships and inspire both colleagues and customers alike.
• You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international, collaborative setting.
