* Complete management of mold and production equipment sourcing* Collaboration with the Industrialization and Technical Departments for definition of technical specifications, evaluation of manufacturing cycles, definition of service life, maintainability and repeatability requirements* Coordination of the following phases: technical RFQs, design review, mold progress monitoring, final technical acceptance* Management of mold ownership contracts according to OEM requirements* Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or similar discipline* At least 5 years' experience in procurement roles in the automotive industry (OEM or Tier 1)* Knowledge of supply chain processes and automotive regulations (VDA, IATF, ISO)* Knowledge of automotive interior materials (leather, fabrics, plastic substrates)* Fluent English; knowledge of a second language is preferred.* Specific experience in Cost Engineering is a plus.* Excellent negotiation and international supplier management skills* Analytical skills and a results-oriented approach. Leadership and the ability to work in cross-functional teams* Problem-solving and critical management skills* Quality focus and attention to detail* Flexibility and the ability to operate in dynamic environments.
