About the Role

This role sits within Deltatre's Digital Streaming Unit, where the PMO team keeps demand, resourcing, and financial reporting accurate across a fast-moving, agile delivery environment. The post-holder supports one or more allocated work areas under the guidance of the PMO Manager and Senior PMO Specialists. The position sits at the point where numbers become decisions, since the figures pulled, checked, and passed on are relied upon by Senior Management, making accuracy central to the job. It suits someone who checks their own work before anyone else has to, who asks the awkward question when a number does not add up, and who is looking to grow into a more senior PMO position. Key Responsibilities

Support the PMO Manager and Senior PMO Specialists on allocated work areas, keeping them regularly informed, escalating challenges or priority conflicts in good time, and flagging emerging issues early with the evidence and detail Senior Management needs to make an informed decision. Act as a clear and reliable point of contact between departments for the allocated PMO area, ensuring information is passed on accurately and on time. Manage Core Systems data by pulling reports, checking the data for accuracy and consistency, requesting inputs from teams to validate records, and updating the Core Systems directly. Pull financial, resource consumption, and demand data from source systems into Excel trackers and reports for validation by the Senior PMO before circulation. Help interpret data and contribute to summary analysis for stakeholders. Chase the accuracy of timesheets and consumption data monthly to ensure accurate reporting and billing. Check own data, documents, and reports thoroughly before they are shared onward, querying anything that does not look right rather than passing it on unchecked. Support the Senior PMOs in updating shared Team Plans in the relevant systems, working with teams to gather the information needed to report accurately and following up diligently. Present clear, accurate updates to stakeholders across the Unit, support senior colleagues in preparing information for Senior Management, and support the coordination of meetings and conference calls, producing detailed, accurate minutes and tracking actions through to completion. Keep PMO wiki pages on SharePoint up to date and accurate, flagging where they need refreshing or improving, and draw up process flow diagrams in PowerPoint by talking to people to understand how a process actually works, then designing and documenting the flow. Required Experience & Qualifications

Around 2-3 years' PMO or coordination experience, ideally within a technology, agile, or media environment. A good working understanding of demand planning, resourcing, and finance matters within a PMO's remit, with a willingness to build this further. A track record of accurate, well-checked work, with evidence of checking own output as a matter of habit, even under time pressure. Clear and concise communication with stakeholders, especially during challenging periods. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, able to produce, analyse, and quality-check data before summarising it in a report. Working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft PowerPoint, including for drawing up process flow diagrams. Reliable management of own workload and schedule, staying calm and accurate under deadline pressure. Degree level education or equivalent. Preferred Skills

Jira experience (highly desirable). NetSuite experience. Power BI experience. A formal Agile qualification. Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to support drafting, analysis, and reporting tasks. Workplace

The role is offered on an Italian employment contract and candidates must be based in Italy; remote working from outside the country is not supported due to local employment and tax legislation. The role falls under CCNL Commercio | D.Lgs. 96/2026. Salary

Salary starts from €40,000 at entry level, rising to €50,000 for those with significant relevant experience; where the successful candidate lands depends on the experience and expertise they bring. Candidates whose expectations sit outside the range are encouraged to make contact for an open conversation. The Application Process

The process comprises three stages. If any of the formats would be difficult, candidates are asked to say so, as adjustments are made regularly and can usually be accommodated; accessibility and accommodation questions are welcome at any stage. Introductory conversation, an opportunity for both sides to get to know each other and to ask questions about Deltatre. One-hour technical interview, deep diving into PMO experience — how data, reporting, and stakeholder communication are managed accurately — combined with a case study discussed live with the Hiring Manager. Forty-five minute competency-based interview using situational questions to gather examples from previous experience and discuss approaches to collaboration, learning, and other important aspects of the job.
