PLM Support

We are recruiting a

PLM Support

The candidate will collaborate with the PLM Team and be the primary point of contact for inquiries and issues related to PLM.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage product code creation, revisions, and lifecycle changes, ensuring accurate maintenance, traceability and integrity of product data within the PLM and ERP systems.
• Facilitate communication among different departments (e.g., Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Production, Procurement, R&D, Supply Chain) promoting effective collaboration.
• Handle tickets/incidents raised by any users and manage users, roles, permissions and access control.
• Identify recurring issues and process inefficiencies, propose corrective actions and automation opportunities, optimize workflows and support continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, user guides and technical documentation. Deliver end-user training and support onboarding activities to ensure proper use of PLM processes and tools.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or preferably degree in Engineering, Economics or Computer Science.
• Strong attitude for working with IT software, with a focus on Excel. Prior experience in roles requiring the use of PLM systems and/or SAP will be considered a plus.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Strong ability to learn, analytical skills and attention to detail, organizational skills and communication skills.
