Your Responsibilities

As a PLM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) systems. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation of these systems.

Task & Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain PLM/ALM systems to support product development and software engineering processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT infrastructure, and other departments to define and document requirements for PLM/ALM solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to users of PLM/ALM systems.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for data management, version control, and change management.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in PLM/ALM technologies.

Your Profile

  • Experience with PLM/ALM solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience with PLM/ALM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens Polarion, Microsoft Azure DevOps).
  • Proven experience with ERP systems as SAP.
  • Strong understanding of product development and software engineering processes.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Business fluent in English (minimum B1 Level).
  • Willing to travel up to 10% (mainly to CH).

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
