PLM Manager

Within the Infrastructure & Business Intelligence team, we are looking for a PLM Manager who will be responsible for the implementation, integration and administration of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
The role will report to the Infrustructure & Business Intelligence Manager.
This role requires close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing and IT teams worldwide (main sites in Italy, Germany and the US) to ensure the smooth running and continuous improvement of PLM processes and tools.
Key responsibilities:
- Implementing and configuring Teamcenter PLM solutions.
- Create and distribute client installation packages.
- Monitoring application providers and proposing the activation of new functionalities with the aim of improving end-user productivity.
- Carrying out regular system monitoring and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensuring application security and regularly applying patches provided by vendors.
- Managing application licences and continuously verifying that application usage complies with the licence.
- Analysing and, where necessary, redefining operational workflows and the data derived from them, in collaboration with the engineering teams.
- Providing technical support and training for PLM users.
- Ensuring the integrity and security of data within the PLM environment.
- Developing and maintaining documentation on PLM processes and configurations.
- Monitor system performance and resolve any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with a team of PLM key users.
- Collaborate with the CAD Manager and ERP Manager to ensure the proper integration and operation of the company's systems.

Other requirements
- Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years' experience with Teamcenter or similar PLM systems (e.g., Windchill)
- Solid knowledge of PLM principles and practices
- Proven experience in system administration and configuration
