WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities . We are looking for a PLM Consultant to support digital transformation projects in the PLM and ALM domains, within an AI‑augmented 3DEXPERIENCE context. You will focus on Digital/Virtual Twin solutions, combining model‑based engineering, simulation, and lifecycle data with AI and Data Science. You will work closely with the IT Product Leader and cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into data‑driven PLM solutions. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, solution design (BOM, workflows, data models), and contribution to AI‑enabled capabilities across the product lifecycle.
• Technologies . You will work with enterprise PLM platforms (such as 3DEXPERIENCE, Windchill, or Teamcenter), with a solid understanding of configuration concepts including data objects, workflows, and lifecycle states, within platforms enhanced by AI-enabled capabilities and Virtual Twin concepts. It also requires foundational technical knowledge of data modeling, integrations (PLM–ERP–CAD), and common technologies such as SQL and REST APIs.
• Team work . You will be part of a team operating in complex and structured environments related to product lifecycle management in manufacturing industries, collaborating in a dynamic and international context.

WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE…

• Academic background . A solid academic background in technical or engineering disciplines is preferred, such as: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial/Management Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
• Valuable expertise . Experience or exposure to manufacturing and product development environments is considered a plus. This includes the ability to understand engineering processes, support documentation activities, and analyze product-related data. 1–2 years of experience in consulting or digital transformation projects, preferably in PLM, Basic knowledge of PLM processes (e.g. EBOM, MBOM, Engineering Change Management) and product data structures (BOM, attributes, revisions). Ability to gather and structure business requirements and support functional analysis. Good command of MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint) and fluent English (B2+).
• Nice to have . Experience with PLM-related processes such as BOM management, workflows, or engineering change management; Exposure to system integration scenarios (PLM–ERP–CAD); Experience in testing support, user training, or system adoption initiatives; Background in manufacturing or engineering industries (e.g. automotive, machinery, industrial equipment).
• Soft skills .
