Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager for Eastern Europe to lead and grow our presence across the region. This strategic role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and expanding brand presence across franchise partners, and wholesale accounts. Acting as a key liaison between headquarters and local markets, the Area Manager ensures consistent brand execution, profitability, and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and exceed key financial KPIs including sales, margins, and sell-through.
Manage sales reports, forecast and budgets.
Monitor market performance and implement action plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and wholesale accounts.
Identify and assess new wholesale and franchise opportunities across Eastern Europe.
Conduct frequent store visits to ensure operational consistency.
Maintain high standards in visual merchandising, stock management, and customer service.
Analyze sales data, KPIs, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Provide regular reporting (weekly/monthly) to headquarters with actionable insights.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 3–5+ years as an Area Manager or similar role within fashion retail.
Languages: Fluent Russian (mandatory) and English; additional Eastern European languages are a strong advantage.
Commercial Acumen: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
Mobility: High willingness and ability to travel extensively across Eastern Europe.
