Position : PLC Programmer
Level : Junior (at least 2-3 years’ experience)
Location : Gorgonzola (MI)
We are looking for a PLC Programmer to join an innovative project in the industrial automation sector, focused on the development of advanced automation software for tire manufacturing processes .
This is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge systems in a highly technical and structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and test PLC software using Siemens platforms (TIA Portal)
- Design and implement HMI interfaces for industrial applications
- Collaborate with engineering teams on automation software development
- Support commissioning and troubleshooting activities on-site
- Ensure software performance, reliability, and compliance with project requirements
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a PLC Programmer
- Strong knowledge of Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal)
- Experience with HMI development
- Basic understanding of industrial automation systems and processes
- Ability to work on-site full-time (5/5)
- Fluent in English (Italian is a plus but not mandatory)
Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing environments (preferably tire, rubber, or process industry)
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Modbus, OPC UA)
