What You Will Do

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Platform team, supporting activities related to Bill of Materials (BOM) management, Engineering Change Requests (EBCR), and cross-functional coordination between HQ and the Turkey Plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the review and update of product Bills of Materials (BOM) in company systems (e.g., ERP/PLM)
• Assist in identifying discrepancies between technical documentation and system data
• Support the implementation and tracking of Engineering Change Requests (EBCR)
• Maintain and update change tracking files and related documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing) to ensure proper follow-up of product changes
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal alignment meetings
• Support communication and information flow between HQ and the Turkey Plant
• Assist in monitoring project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs)

What You Need to Succeed

• Recent graduate or current student in Engineering, Management , or a similar field
• Proficiency in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
