Job Overview

Fratelli, a leading food manufacturing company, is looking for a Plant Quality Manager for its facility in Foggia, Italy. The role’s primary focus will be ensuring adherence to quality standards, compliance with food safety regulations, and driving operational excellence within the plant.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Plant Director and functionally to the Quality Director.


• Ensure the plant quality expertise and maintain compliance with all relevant quality and food safety standards.


• Drive operational excellence and audit processes across the plant.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.


• Extensive experience in food quality management and regulatory compliance.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.
