The Plant HR Manager is the key HR reference for the production site. The role ensures the effective management of all people‑related processes in an industrial environment, supporting the business and contributing to the cultural and organizational evolution of the company, in alignment with Multinational Group policies and values.

• Ensure full compliance with Italian labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Manage all local HR administrative processes, including contracts, payroll coordination, benefits, and employee records.
• Collaborate with Operations Director to support organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support the CEO providing strategic HR support and guidance.
• Full ownership of all HR activities at plant level: recruitment, training, performance management, industrial relations, and HR administration
• Act as a trusted partner for site management and line managers
• Manage employee relations and support resolution of workplace issues
• Manage union relationships and interactions with works councils / employee representatives
• Promote a people‑centered and performance‑driven culture
• Drive change management initiatives at site level

Competenze ed esperienza

Profile & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7-8 years of HR experience in industrial / manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR compliance.
• Proven experience in plant HR management and workforce‑intensive contexts
• Background in structured organizations is strongly preferred
