Overview
We are partnering with a leading global manufacturer in the FMCG industry to find a Plant Director for their Italian production site in Cressa. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced industrial manager ready to take full ownership of a complex, high-performance plant.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of functional and operational managers to deliver on safety, quality and productivity targets
- Own the plant’s P&L and operating budget, optimizing resource allocation across all functions
- Drive performance across production efficiency, maintenance, supply chain, cost control and HSEQ
- Define and implement operational policies aligned with corporate strategy
- Ensure full compliance with legal, environmental and health & safety regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including authorities and employee representatives
- Evaluate and support capex initiatives related to safety, equipment and operational efficiency
Your Profile
- Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- 5+ years in a senior plant leadership role within industrial manufacturing
- Background in continuous production environments is a strong plus
- Experience in FMCG is preferred
- Strong problem-solving, conflict management and leadership skills
- Fluent in English
