Plant Controlling Intern

The resource will join the Plant Controlling team and will support activities related to cost analysis, monitoring of production performance, and economic reporting, contributing to the team’s decision‑making processes aimed at improving industrial efficiency.
OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED RESULTS
- Supporting the collection, analysis, and control of industrial costs (direct costs, indirect costs, labor, services)
- Contributing to the preparation of the plant budget and periodic forecasts
- Analyzing variances between standard costs and actual costs
- Monitoring production KPIs
- Collaborating with all Plant departments in process mapping and optimization of information flows
- Participating in improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, process digitalization, reporting automation)
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Economics, Management Engineering, Statistics, or related fields;
- Basic knowledgeof Excel
- Analytical skills and problem‑solving attitude
- Precision, attention to detail, and result orientation
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
