As we continue to expand, we are looking for talented professionals to join our dynamic and international team.


We are seeking a junior and motivated Plant Compliance & Certification Specialist to support multiple operational functions — including Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Construction — throughout the various phases of our CO₂ Battery projects.


The ideal candidate holds a background in Materials Engineering (or a related scientific field) and is passionate about compliance, certification processes, and sustainability .

We welcome recent graduates or candidates with limited experience who are eager to grow and develop within a cutting-edge energy company.


Fluency in English , both written and spoken, is required.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collect and organize technical documentation from engineering teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Support risk assessment activities according to the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) and UNI EN ISO 12100 .
  • Prepare and compile technical files in compliance with Machinery, EMC, and PED Directives .
  • Draft and update user and maintenance manuals for plant systems.
  • Verify compliance of components and systems with CE marking requirements .
  • Manage certificates of conformity , CE declarations, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Support internal and external audits (clients and notified bodies).
  • Maintain digital and physical archives of technical and quality documentation.


Skills & Competencies:


  • Degree in Materials Engineering or related technical/scientific discipline.
  • Strong interest in compliance and industrial systems .
  • Basic knowledge of industrial plant systems and electromechanical construction (a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills .
  • Integrity, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.
