What will your role be?

We are looking for a Planning Manager to perform the following activities:

• Creation and update of schedule management plan and routines as required
• Owns and maintains the Project schedule database in Primavera
• Plan and schedule in accordance with the requirements of the contract and project objectives, follow the processes, regulatio ns and instructions as defined by the project
• Manage the schedule margin/float
• Ensure an active project schedule and interface management (internally & externally as applicable) including regular schedule reviews and inputs to the Project Manager for decision making
• Create and provide regular schedule reports to monitor adherence to the baseline regarding milestones achievement, technical pro gress, workload schedule compliance and procurement adherence
• Implement schedule changes, including the introduction of R&O mitigation activities
• Handle resource loading of the schedule
• Define milestones for tracking
• Perform schedule analysis (critical path, driver analysis, what-ifs)
• Track progress versus planning for EVM (Earned Value Management)
• Propose changes in work flow to mitigate delays and risks as well as to implement opportunities
• Create and maintain a high level milestone plan as required
• Support the PM and the project team in the standard PMO activities

• Proven experience as a Planning Manager or similar
• Primavera (mandatory requirement)
• SAP (mandatory requirement)
• Microsoft Project
• Microsoft Office

Languages:

• Italian (Fluent)
• English (fluent, oral and written)
