Position


We are looking for a skilled Planning Manager to take on the challenge and lead our Planning Department located in Asolo . You will lead and oversee all planning and scheduling activities to ensure an excellent level of efficiency in our operations, whilst also optimising workflow and enhancing productivity.


Main Responsibilities


  • You will create and implement planning strategies based on solid data analysis, working cross-functionally extensively so to optimise our processes in order to meet our customers’ demands, production and organisational goals.
  • Boasting a hands-on and fully operational approach, as well as a solid understanding of specific markets, products and customer peculiarities, you will define forecasts and demand plans for our business lines on multiple time horizons and at multiple levels.
  • Moreover, you will develop and implement solid inventory allocation strategies, so to maximise inventory placement, sales and customer experience.
  • As an experienced manager, you will lead, coach and guide a team of professionals, taking on the responsibility of their training as well as performance management.


Qualifications & Requirements


  • In-depth knowledge of and extensive hands-on experience in working with Demand Planning principles, Inventory Management best practices and Production Planning.
  • Solid international experience within complex product focused environments and used to working with a very high number of SKUs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage challenging and international stakeholders so to align them on business needs and actionable plans will be a must-have.
  • Previous experience in managing a team, supporting them to grow, developing their skillsets as well as managing their performance.
  • Previous experience in managing Demand System implementation projects or acting as a Key User for such systems will be greatly beneficial (i.e. SO99+ or similar).
  • Previous experience in Digital Transformation projects will be considered a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a must-have.
