Leap29 is supporting a client in Milan who is looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to join their project team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining project schedules across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, commissioning, and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the project master schedule in line with the execution plan.
- Track progress against the baseline and provide regular updates.
- Identify delays, risks, and mitigation options.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, yard, construction, and offshore teams to gather accurate progress data.
- Produce weekly and monthly schedule reports, CPM analysis, and look-ahead plans.
- Support change management and claims through time-impact analysis.
Experience & Skills
- Engineering degree.
- Around 10 years’ experience, including at least 5 years in offshore projects.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Confident communicator with solid reporting experience.
