THE ROLE
At Off-White, we are looking for a Planning Analyst to join our Planning & Analysis team in Milan. The candidate will support Off-White’s wholesale business, focusing on Menswear and Kidswear, by analyzing sales, inventory, and assortment performance, maintaining budgets and forecasts, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. The role requires strong collaboration with sales, merchandising, and design teams to ensure alignment on targets and financial objectives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Account Planning & Analysis
- Create and distribute weekly reports and visualizations on sales and inventory performance
- Maintain and update the wholesale budget and LE process by account (sales and margin)
- Utilize historical data and current trends to develop actionable plans and build consensus on strategies
- Support the market process by preparing assortment targets by account
- Monitor vendor allowances to uphold pre-set or in-season agreements
- Work with sales team during market, providing updates on results by account and region, including vendor terms
- Provide insight into sales performance by account, risks and opportunities to achieve the budget
- Help with royalty projections
- Customer hierarchy set up and maintenance in SAP
- Dilution agreements set up and maintenance in SAP
Inventory Planning
- Develop 12-month forward-looking projections for basic replenishment SKUs
- Meet regularly with key accounts to support real-time planning and identify immediate opportunities for monthly consensus
- Manage ATS inventory/disposition strategies
- Manage inventory to target weeks of supply (WOS), implementing monthly buys with production partners
Merchandise Planning
- Maintain merchandise class plans that support product line development and meet financial objectives
- Set seasonal sales and margin goals, reconciling forecasts from both top-down and bottom-up perspectives before finalization
- Participate in product reviews with sales, merchandising, and design teams to ensure alignment with detailed plans
- Perform historical sales analysis to support seasonal hindsight process
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in planning, forecasting, or related role within wholesale/retail
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet changing priorities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Preferred experience with SAP
- Advanced Excel skills (SUMIFS, LOOKUPS, PIVOTS)
