Planner

For an international company operating in the Agri-Bioenergy sector , specialized in the design, construction and operation of biogas and biomethane plants , we are looking for a Project Planner to support ongoing and upcoming industrial projects.

The selected candidate will be involved in the planning and control of EPC projects related to biogas and biomethane production plants , working closely with Project Managers and site teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage and update project schedules covering Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning phases
• Define and monitor project milestones and contractual deadlines
• Track project progress and identify delays, risks and critical paths
• Perform schedule variance analysis and propose mitigation and recovery actions
• Support Project Management with project reporting (S-curves, KPIs, progress and forecast reports)
• Interface with engineering, procurement, construction and site teams , as well as subcontractors
• Ensure alignment between planning, cost control and project execution
• Support planning activities related to commissioning and start-up

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Energy, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial/Management Engineering or similar)
• Experience as Planner / Planning Engineer within:
• industrial plants
• energy or infrastructure projects
• biogas / biomethane / power generation projects (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Ability to manage WBS, schedules and technical documentation
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work in site-based environments

Technical Skills:

• EPC project planning and scheduling
• Project progress monitoring and control
• Schedule analysis and reporting
• Coordination across multidisciplinary teams
• Understanding of industrial plant construction phases

Languages:

• English: good knowledge (technical documentation and communication)

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in the Agri-Bioenergy sector
• Familiarity with EPC / EPCm project structures
• Willingness to travel and work on site
