About the role: JLL and the specific client work in great partnership already in regions other than Europe. This role is for the first site with this specific client in Europe. The scope of our assignment is technical, based out of a manufacturing site producing vaccins, and will be delivered in partnership with an existing, long-present vendor. The team consists of (direct and indirect) 21 FTE. The team consists of (direct and indirect) 21 FTE.The key assignment for the role is the following:* Setting up the reporting structure to manage the contract and our vendors against the KPI’s* Optimizing the work order processes for team efficiency* Securing an open and transparent relationship with the client and our vendorsResponsibilities:This position is responsible for:* Performance reporting of the site operations* Administration of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), facility service request (FSR) system and the related activities planning and scheduling.* General duties include records maintenance for system users, companies, properties, assets, work order scheduling, system/data integrity, activities planning and auditing.As it’s a first generation outsourcing in this new model for this site, it’s crucial that the candidate is able to build relations with the clients and the on-site teams (JLL and vendors), is open and flexible in his/her approach and has good resilience.We are looking for a candidate with eye for detail, who resolves problems swiftly, and continuously challenges the status quo.Help Others and Getting It Done are the most important JLL Leadership Capabilities we’re looking for.Planner & Performance Analyst Duties:* Production of monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc account reporting. Reports include work order activity, scheduled maintenance, service level compliance, labor reporting, project reporting, incident reporting and training. Drives the team to meet KPI’s.* Analyses the performance of the site team and suggests improvements.* Single point of contant for all CMS questions and requirements.* Manage the work order process and systems and associated data platform.* Explore options to satisfy new business needs within the capabilities of existing systems; configure, document and deploy solutions.* Responsible for system and user process documention; developing new documentation as required and updates to existing documentation. Trains new and exiting users on all functionalities.* Assist the site team in Planning and Scheduling of regular activities, as well as shut-downs.* Develop and deploy inspection forms supporting the building engineering team.Requirements Essential* Minimum 5 years’ experience managing CMMS & work order applications, Performance Management, Planning and Scheduling, Data and Analytics* Demonstrated process orientation and data driven skill sets* Ability to translate data analysis into actionable activities* Above-average aptitude for technology and systems, highly proficient in MS Office* Fluent in written and spoken English* Superior customer service skills and orientation.
