Role Overview
You will be a crucial link between the customer, internal, and field service teams. Acting as a coordinator, you will plan all operational activities, including malfunctions, inspections, maintenance, and projects. You will closely collaborate with all stakeholders, such as the customer, account managers, project and contract managers, service engineers, third parties, and suppliers. Your goal is to plan operations effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan on-call services, inspections, maintenance, and projects for both internal and field service teams.
- Initiate and schedule outsourced services.
- Work with colleagues to further develop the planning process and implement improvements.
- Optimize operations, ensuring inspections, maintenance, malfunctions, and projects are executed more efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in personnel planning within a service‑oriented, technical and/or logistics organization.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
