Job Description

A Florida-established law firm is seeking an ambitious attorney for its Naples office. The ideal candidate must have a passion for insurance defense litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage significant caseloads from inception to post-trial.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Provide timely reports to insurance carriers and clients regarding case status and ongoing activities.
• Develop clients through relationship-building methods.
• Travel to various courthouses and other locations as required.
• Meet monthly billing requirements of 175 hours.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Good Standing Member of the Florida Bar.
• Excellent academic credentials required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Technologically confident, comfortable using process management systems, and effectively utilizing available technology and automation.
• Knowledge of Time Matters, Juris, and Acuity is a plus.
