For one of our clients based in Europe, we are currently looking for a PHP Developer.

Job details:

• Start date: 7/04/2026
• Contract Duration: 31/12/2026
• Location: Hybrid in Milan (3 times per week at end-client office)
• Full time contract

Scope:

The selected PHP developer will be staffed on a client project within a major banking group.

The project involves the development of a new mobile application for the network of financial promoters operating in a foreign market, starting from the existing Italian mobile app.

The resources will work closely with the client’s technical team to:

• Adapt and extend backend functionalities to support a new country/market
• Customize business logic, integrations, and configurations based on local requirements
• Ensure scalability, security, and alignment with group standards
• Contribute to analysis, development, testing, and deployment phases

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of PHP and backend development
• Experience with REST APIs and backend services for mobile applications
• Familiarity with MVC frameworks (e.G. Laravel, Symfony, or similar)
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Understanding of application security, authentication, and data protection
• Experience working with existing codebases and adapting them for new contexts
• Version control systems (Git )
• Fluent in English and Italian
