Additional Information Eligibility criteria

Candidates will be admitted to PhD programme after passing a selection process (evaluation of academic qualifications and oral examination also via videoconference) according to the conditions indicated in Annex "A" of the call for applications, which defines: research topics, number of available places, admission requirements and candidate selection criteria used to produce the classification list.

The application must be submitted by 1.00 pm (Italian time) of September 9th, 2026, according to the online procedure described in the call for applications; failure to do so will result in exclusion from the selection process.

All candidates possessing any of the following requirements can submit their application:

Laurea specialistica/magistrale (second cycle/Master's degree)

or a degree obtained under the Italian university system in force before the Ministerial Decree no. 509/1999

or a Master’s degree qualification obtained abroad

Graduating students may also apply within the deadline of the call for applications, provided they obtain their degree by November 15th, 2026.
