PhD: Corporate Finance & Crisis Prevention — Worker Protections

Offer Description The objective of the research is to examine the legal frameworks that regulate the protection of workers in translational and circulatory phenomena of companies in crisis in different jurisdictions, through an analysis comparative with focus on large companies subject to special insolvency procedures. The analysis of circulatory events must include: transfers of companies or company branches, asset protection of workers' credits, protection of workers' subjective positions, identification of the business branch, role of the trade unions in the transfer role of the judiciary with examination of the rulings more relevant.
