On behalf of our Client, IQVIA is looking for a Pharmacy Field Sales REP who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic atmosphere.


Working area: Verona

Residence: Verona or Mantova


Basic purpose of the job

  • It builds and fosters strong customer relationships within its territory.
  • Achieves sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Follows business strategies to maximize performance within the assigned territory.
  • The sales representative works mainly with pharmacist, to understand the needs/drivers, build customer value, and maintain, create, or strengthen the business partnership.


Accountabilities

  • Increase the company's market share and achieve sales results within a particular territory.
  • Maintain a high level of customer engagement in promoting the company, its products, and its activities at all levels within the market.
  • Adheres to communication needs and effectively manages the assigned territory through follow-ups with customers and partners in a timely manner.
  • Identify decision-makers and influencers within accounts/pharmacies and develop the right partnership with them ensuring a high level of support and promotion of Company products.
  • Monitor trends in the market assigned to the territory, competitor products and customer needs to identify new opportunities and business objectives. Shares information related to the market, competitor activities, and customer feedback on products and promotions to relevant peers.
  • Active impact in pharmacy: by training pharmacists, negotiate promotion, collecting orders and implementing agreed activities
  • Collect feedback and insights to understand customer preferences and latest market trends
  • Participate in industry events, fairs and conferences to network with potential customers and stay updated on industry trends
