Maintaining quality and compliance is crucial in the pharmaceutical industry. A Quality Assurance Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring that products meet regulatory requirements.
The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and improve the Quality System at a manufacturing site. This includes managing CMO activities for drug product, conducting investigations, defining corrective/preventive actions, and verifying the application of the company's quality system.
Key responsibilities also include managing complaints, interacting with internal departments, and writing/reviewing SOPs and GMP documents. Effective communication and collaboration with team members are essential in this role.
To excel in this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in life sciences and relevant experience working in quality assurance. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Italian and English, is highly desirable.
